Family portraiture – Vicky and Francois with baby Remy

Vicky is from Chili and Francois from Canada. They are temporary residents in Perth where Remy was born about a month ago. We have had fun being a part of this special time for them and I offered to do a little photoshoot down by the river. It all started when Susan gave a Baby Shower for her and we all turned up bearing gifts for the unborn child. According to some North American tradition, Susan said that each ribbon on every gift had to be pinned to the Mother-to-be’s hat! The champagne flowed as did the laughter as tips were offered from all the seasoned mums present.

And then along came Remy, some two weeks later…
